My book, Delicious Healing, came out this month and I have been so humbled and thrilled by the response.  

The book is not just my writing but also contains my dance.

I wrote this book to share my own personal story of healing as a testament that with the right tools, true and sustained well-being is possible.
I share the tools that I used on my journey-- the very ones that I often share with my clients and patients to help them achieve their heath goals.

At the end of every chapter in the book, there is a dance piece that you can watch (by scanning a QR code). The dances are offered as a way to "blueprint" the tips and lessons of the book into your mind, heart, and soul. I have witnessed how the arts can truly be a powerful force of healing and so I offer these dances (and poetry) as a way to deepen the positive effect of the book.
