Around June, I decided to up my intake of greens. It’s been a work intensive summer and green leafy vegetables are often loaded with multiple B vitamins including folate, niacin and riboflavin. The B vitamins are wonderful for managing mental stress which is just what my body needed

One of my favorite ways of getting enough greens in daily is green juicing and it’s been wonderful to scout out conscious healthy spots on our travels that serve up the juice..

This one from my currently favorite vegan restaurant in Tenerife @buenavidavegan was a just-right blend of spinach, cucumber, summer lettuce, apple, and lemon.

So cooling, centering, energizing and muy bueno.
